In the spirit of uniting all the Vanniakula Kshatriya people living in Karnataka, a discussion between some of the like-minded people sparked the idea of having a sangam. On November 01, 1998 a small gathering known as “Vanniar Unification Group” was formed. During this occasion, all the eligible and prominent personalities from our community were chosen to preside over as leaders, in order to develop and help our community.
